Spain – Detainees in Palma de Mallorca three persons of Asian origin by swindle in gambling.
PALMA DE MALLORCA. Last Wednesday, agents of the National Police Corps (NPC) of the Superior Police Chief Baleares arrested three citizens of Asian origin for an alleged crime of fraud in various arcades of Palma de Mallorca.
The three persons arrested were engaged in defrauding money from the machines called “slot” through the use of coins truncated.
Days before the arrest, the Service of Gaming chief Senior Police had learned that might be acting in various cinemas in the capital Balearic a gang of criminals.
Finally, an employee of an establishment such complained to police that a man of Asian origin received a large number of prizes in his local.
On arrival police officers at the scene, identified the player and found in possession of 435 euro coins tricks, as well as 555 coins without tricks and 1340 euros achieved in a supposedly illegal.
The same day, saw the arrest of two other people in another setting, acting the same way as the first person arrested. This time, both were carrying a total of 200 euro coins, and could have earned a yield of 600 euros per machine.
